My sincerest apologies for my recent absence.  I've been very busy and am trying to figure out how to make room for this in my life - believe me, I want to!

We've had friends over a lot recently and even had a weekend visitor from Italy last week!  We've got some friends coming from the States over the next couple of weeks, so bear with me.

But most time-consuming of all is the newest addition to our little family: Nugget.  She is so teeny weeny and loves nothing more than chasing her tail and giving me Eskimo kisses.

There have been some hiccups involving fleas (I'm allergic) and tapeworms (yuck!), but Steve took her to the vet and got her sorted.  Apparently all of the nurses made sure they were around for the appointment when they heard it was for an 11-week-old kitten!  She gets a lot of love.

She is the cutest kitten in the world, don't you think?
